Borden (ボーデン?) is the head of the black market in Slayers. He's got about a hundred grunts under his wing. He even used this power to threaten Inverse on paying the full price of a map he sold her. She offered a 1000 in advance and the other 9000 when they retrieved the special power the map led to. Borden wanted more than just an advance, so Lina blew him up and paid him only 1000, then considered that the full price rather than just the advance.
