Extball

Extball (also Ext Ball, Japanese: 消火弾エクスト・ボール, Kanji translation: Extinguish Fire Bullet, Romaji: ekusuto bōru) is a white magic spell.

The spell extinguishes flames. It puts out fire very quickly, but the area of effect is small, making the spell useless against larger fires, such as a burning building.
