Chaotic Blue (Japanese: 蒼穹の王カオティック・ブルー translated as King of the Blue Sky, lit. kaotikku burū Runic: ᚴᛅᚭᛏᛁᚴᛒᛚᚢᛖ) is one of the four ma-ō. Almost nothing is known about him. He is the main enemy of Blue Dragon, one of the four shinzoku leaders.

Chaotic Blue is one of the names listed on the Plane chart. His symbol is based on the alchemist symbol of sulfur as seen in the Secret Symbols of the Rosicrucians of the 16th and 17th Centuries.
