Randionel Saillune (Japanese: ランディオネ Romaji: randione; also known as Randy) was a prince of Saillune, and third in line for the throne. This is probably not his full name, as his middle name, which the members of the royal family usually have, is currently unknown. The youngest son of King Eldoran Saillune, Randy had two older brothers, Christopher Wil Brogg Saillune and Crown Prince Philionel El Di Saillune. He is voiced by Minoru Inaba in the original Japanese version and by Jerry Lobozzo in the English dub.[1]
Like his older brother Christopher, Randy also resented the fact that Philionel was the oldest and would therefore inherit the throne. Unlike his brother, Randy actually did make an attempt to seize the throne.
Prince Phil often liked to travel in secret, and Randy accompanied him on one of these journeys, while secretly trying to assassinate the crown prince. However, his plot was foiled by Lina Inverse and his niece Amelia Wil Tesla Saillune.
