Howl Freeze

Howl Freeze (Japanese: 冷波吠ハウル・フリーズ, Kanji translation: Cold Waves Howl, Romaji: hauru furīzu) is an offensive spell belonging to water shamanistic magic.

The spell creates a powerful blizzard. The damage dealt will not be lethal, but those affected move slowly, and it is extremely hard to avoid the spell. Temperature is lowered considerably in the target area. The spell has visual impact and can be used to either hide from or to frighten enemies.
