Rachael Lillis was an American actress. She was born in Niagara Falls, New York, and her birthday is July 8, 1969. She had an extensive résumé of voice work. She studied acting in Boston and NYC and has appeared in theater and independent films.
Rachael's voicework can be heard in shows such as Pokémon (seasons 1-8, where she's best-known for voicing Misty, Jessie, and Jigglypuff), Cubix, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Revolutionary Girl Utena and various others. She has also lent her voice to video games. She has also recorded several audiobooks including Diary of a Fairy Godmother, for which she performed all of the voices for about 25 characters. Her narration and character vocals can be heard in PBS programming as well, including Nova, American Masters and Sesame Street. She is sometimes credited under the names of Rachel Lillis and Rachal Lillis.
In addition to her voice-over, theater and film work, Rachael has also sung and played Irish flute for several local Irish bands in New York City.
In the Slayers series, she did the voice of Martina Zoana Mel Navratilova, Cally, Paula, and others.
