Tommy Ohtsuka (大塚 トミ) is a manga artist who has illustrated several volumes of Slayers manga.
He is the co-founder of Studio Zombie along with his fellow Slayers series co-worker Yoshihiro Komada.
He has also illustrated comics for Marvel (Such as Lords of Avalon, New Mangaverse: Rings of Fate), and provided cover artwork for others.
He is credited for illustrating the following Slayers manga:
