So many welcomes?

I know that you are a Wikia Helper and you are supposed to help to greet newcomers, but... are all those welcome articles really necesary? Specially being most of them directed at non-registered users, who probably are not registered simply because the don't want to do it. I'm just curious, since I find it amusing --Shansito 21:17, 8 August 2008 (UTC)

Hey Shansito, I've always felt welcomes are really important for any wiki; it lets them know you appreciate that they've helped on the site and many times it encourages them to return, create an account and continue editing. :) -- Phillip (talk) 21:20, 8 August 2008 (UTC)

This is good to have welcomes, but sometimes it makes hard to follow the Recent changes page. Anyway, thanks for the welcome.Sla shalafi 10:33, 11 August 2008 (UTC)

i'm not sure if you are responsible for the forum, but unfortunately i'm not able to log in, because the activation link, sent in the registration e-mail is broken :/ so, could you or the admin set my account on some kind of activated status? i dunno if that's possible.

Hello Germatoid, and welcome to KanzakaDex! I had similar problems when I tried to register in the forums too. The person you want to talk to is either Argy or Pip25, the forums administrators. Or you could try registering again with a slightly different username (you'd only need one character change).Catgirl the Crazy 19:47, 18 August 2008 (UTC)
